No More Cokes!
Posted in Health on February 4th, 2010 by koreeIt’s now been 8 days since I’ve had a soft drink. I’ve lost 6 pounds. I haven’t changed any other eating or exercise habits at all. It’s amazing how crappy these things are. But damn, I love a good Coke. Wish I could learn to have them in moderation…
